I want to know about changing just front pads and rotors on this truck. I’ve only worked on older cars (1979 and earlier), and I’ve never done a brake job on anything that had ABS or that was 4 wheel drive. Are there any special tools or procedures I need to be aware of?

I’m trying to help someone out and save them some money by doing the work myself instead of sending them to a mechanic. Any advice would be very helpful. Thanks.

I have a 1994 4.0 Ford Ranger and can not get the fan off.I went and got a fan clutch tool from autozone but it is too big.It is 36mm,the bolt is smaller.What can I do to get it off?Do all 94 rangers have a different size fan bolt ?Anyone else have this problem?

My husband just recently bought a 1979 Ford F250 Custom and is having trouble finding the location of the back up light switch. We’ve googled but have not turned up anything. A few of his friends gave suggestions. If anyone could shed some light as to where it might be it would be much appreciated.
