What is causing my jacked up f150 front passenger side suspension to pop and tire to sit slanted?

The front end pops rapidly. and the tire will sometimes be straight when I park and somtimes it will be slanted. If I park and it’s straight I can turn the wheel until it pops and it will then be slanted.

also truck is a 1994 f150 extended cab
5.8
12 in or 9 in lift
rebuilt transfer case
38 in tires

  1. Probably ball joints that are shot. 38 in tires are a stretch for a 1/2 ton suspension.
