I need to find a spacer for a ford 4×4 that goes between the transmission and transfer case?

My truck is a 1992 F-150. It has a 300 straight six(half of a v-12) and a five speed manual transmission. I am trying to turn it into a 4×4, and I already have a transfer case that will work,, but I need the spacer that mounts the transfer to the transmission. Any help that anyone can provide on where to look for this spacer will be greatly appreciated.
