The front end pops rapidly. and the tire will sometimes be straight when I park and somtimes it will be slanted. If I park and it’s straight I can turn the wheel until it pops and it will then be slanted.

My truck is a 1992 F-150. It has a 300 straight six(half of a v-12) and a five speed manual transmission. I am trying to turn it into a 4×4, and I already have a transfer case that will work,, but I need the spacer that mounts the transfer to the transmission. Any help that anyone can provide on where to look for this spacer will be greatly appreciated.

I have a 4.0 in now and want to replace it with a 302 v8. i have no idea what i need for a transmission (automatic). do i need a whole new PCM or will the current one work? will i need to find a new transfer case? where is the best place to find more on this conversion?
